Carmen is a fully vaxxed + boosted bicoastal actor living in Los Angeles known for her television work in Primal Instinct and Wink. NYC Theater credits include The Importance of Being Earnestly LGBTQ+, The Triumph of Love, and Gruesome Playground Injuries.

A blend of Grace Gummer and Elisabeth Moss with a dash of Jane Krakowski, Carmen has trained with Seth Barrish and Lee Brock at The Barrow Group, and studied improv at The Pit and theatrical clown with Jean E. Taylor. She’s worked with K. Lorrel Manning, Christine Campbell, and Amy Russ for on camera technique.

Growing up in the conservative Midwest, Carmen’s earliest opportunities to perform were in church. She began singing solos for her church in junior high, and joined the choir and performed in fine arts competitions in high school. She’s a classically trained singer and a life-long musician, playing the piano for over 20 years and teaching herself the ukulele.

The daughter of a basketball coach, Carmen is passionate about health and fitness and works as a certified personal trainer to help others on their fitness journeys.
